Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minga London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
